2 layouts inspired by Shimelle's challenges. The first one is based on this sketch
This is the first picture that I post of my new nephews. They were born on February 15th and they are the most adorable and sweetest babies. They were the highlight of our visit to Israel and it breaks my heart to know that the next time they will see me they will not be babies anymore.

This layout is my response to Scrapbooking With Patterned Paper challenge. I based my layout on the last layout in this inspiration chain. The picture is taken taken by my sister on Saturday morning. She posted the picture and wrote the journaling on our new blog that we started while I was in Israel (more on that later, it is still work in progress). I really wanted to keep the journaling as is so I printed it in Hebrew. That required a Hebrew title. It took me hours to find Hebrew fonts, download them and install, resize and print my title and finally handcut it with my Fiskars fingertip craft knife. But totally worth it. The title says "Saturday morning" and the journaling says "We woke up Saturday morning to the day that was supposed to be the hottest day of summer 2010. One by one, all kids came to our bed (and also Mishuta, White Bunny, Blue Bunny, Elephant, Moosik and Tom). Crowded, but totally worth it."
Supplies: cardstock (The Paper Studio), patterned paper (Heidi Grace, Scenic Route), sticker (Heidi Grace), brad (CTMH), fonts (Boker, Petel), border punch (Fiskars), craft knife (Fiskars)
