I didn't post much in February but that's because I was busy cleaning and organizing my scrap room. I took an "Organizing Fundamentals" class at Big Picture Classes and I actually followed the class and completed it! Very very unusual for me. Probably because my scrap area was a huge mess and desperately needed organizing. I am going to invite you to peak in. In the future weeks I plan to share the details and show you the inside of the drawers and containers.
So here it is - my newly organized scraproom!
This place makes me happy and at least for now I am very motivated to keep it clean :)

Baby pages
Last Saturday I attended local crop (Yeah for me!). I worked on a travel album that hopefully will be finished soon but at the very last moment I took with me Lila's baby photo album and my baby themed paper. It turned out I have mostly baby boy papers and but with the help of white cardstock few paper scraps and few 3x4 cards I managed to make 3 layouts.
I used 4 cards from Sn@p Baby Girl kit by Simple Stories. The "sweet baby" arrow and "Lila" are cut with Cameo.
This adorable sipper lace is by Close To My Heart.
I wasn't sure what should I do with these pictures. Ofir looks really really tired here, I wonder why ;-)
But then I found a perfect journaling card in the MAMBI baby girl kit. The saying was longer but I cut out the relevant parts and added "So tired" arrow.
But how cute is Lila in her white outfit with matching hat??
And here is the last one. I used my last big paper scrap from Heidi Grace "A Little Bird's Tale" collection and two 4x6 MAMBI cards.
Now, when I look at this picture, I think it was taken just when I returned back to work from my maternity leave, since my hair is done and I am wearing a jacket. The green background is actually a sheet that we used instead of curtains. We had huge glass patio doors in our leaving room and no money for curtains. I think I should write this down and tuck behind this pictures.
Now to tackle the pictures from the hospital and Lila's first week. If you thought Ofir's picture is bad wait till you see my...

LOVE LOVE LOVE - Scrap It Girl February Challenge
Today is February 1st and that means new Scrap It Girl challenge. This month's theme is HEARTS. I know, shocking ;-)
I used this as an excuse to use some very old Maya Road Irish knots chipboard. You know that feeling, when you see a product and think: "I just have to have it" and than you bring it home and think a little more "Yes, I love it, but what I am going to do with it??" My Irsih knows were that type of purchase.
I found 4 that looked like hearts and colored them with Gelatos and glitter glaze.
I used Dear Lizzy Neapolitan paper pad and matching card from Dear Lizzy Project Life kit that I cut and used as my title.
Check what other DT members did for this challenge and share your "hearts" project with us. We have new super talented Design Team. It is going to be a great year for Scrap It Girl.
