New Israeli challenge blog Mixim is running it's first challenge - envelopes! I think I was waiting for this challnege to use one of the gorgeous envelopes my sister brought me from Florence. LOL I opened the envelope to reveal the beautiful print on the inside and used it as a background to scrap the pictures from their trip to Italy.
The little picture of my sis and her DH is popped with pop dots. Aren't they cute? :)
The challenge reminded me about the valentine cards I made a while ago. Here the chipboard heart is tucked into the tiny vellum envelope . It's one of my favorite cards.

Sum-Sum-Summertime
*Scrapstars* are hosting a fun Summertime challenge - perfect opportunity to scrap the photos from our 4th of July trip. We spent one afternoon at the Point Beach State Forest. The girls had a blast running in the waves and playing. I have to admit it was a little bit too chilly for me. Actually no, it was FREEZING! LOL
The bottom left photo hides me all wrapped in a blanket :) Jenni Bowlin diecut paper and rub-ons, Cloud 9 raindots, DCWV stitches rub-ons, Tim Holts grungeboard inked and covered with Glimmer Mist, Marvy gold pen, Fiskars punch and sticky notes from the office supply store.
